Few quotes? Former? You didn't even read the article? Or you are purposely ignoring half of it? You're ignoring the quotes from Sen. Lugar, the current ranking Republican on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee? Let's read that again:

My assessment is based upon the
factual performance of the Republican party over the past two years - the repeated, unending blocking of routine business with filibuster, blocking motion after motion, blocking debate, the complete failure to compromise in the least. It's no secret. You can read it on the Senate website.
Unless you want to pretend it's all a false creation of a "liberal" website.
