Well....it's like you said,Gooey; some have done a lot worse.
You get the feeling the owner must have been in bad shape.I know it isn't the best way and like he article said...the fallout from this bludgeoned economy ( recession ended over a year ago, don't ya know) has struck a lot of people.
My honest reaction is ,since I don't know, they probably did the best they could in the leaving.
