It is the offensive line, if they were just an average line, Cutler would be a top 5 QB. He has zero time and never can step into a throw.
They are close to being the worst line in the league. Martz is just able to scheme around them.
I wish Tice would spend as much time with the offensive line as he spent at Arlington this summer.
