I'm with Timm on the "sleep" thing (yet another reason I like you, Timm!). I would suggest keeping your schedule the same on your days off. I've had to learn that the hard way with weekends-- better to go to bed early most weekends and get up the same time as I do on weekdays. Of course, you'll have times when you don't, but if you generally keep the same schedule you'll probably be fine.
Glad you like working third shift! I think some people are natural night-owls anyway.
