BTW, just for sake of estimation of scope, $82.7 million was wagered legally in Nevada on the Super Bowl; this is estimated as 1.5% of total (illegal or offshore) wagering, so in essence $1.2 billion (not including boxes, etc.); $2.57 billion was wagered legally in Nevada in 2009 on all sports, of which more than 50% is on the NFL; so my $250 million number for MNF probably isn't too far off.
