It's basically just a betting exchange that stays open while the race is running - and you can continue to bet on or bet against horses during the race.

Besides pre-race straight wagers and in-race betting - I'd also like to see a betting exchange that handles exacta combonations and just keep the tote in place for multi race wagers, trifectas, and superfectas.
A lot of horse players are old and computer illiterate - but this is what the game needs to ultimately become or the sports decline will just be more and more all the time. You'd start to see an army of Mountain Dew guzzling 18-year-old males that racing has no chance with right now - betting 85 races a day. |
This guy's videos are phuckin' genius- thanks for the link. Basically he's taken what happens in real financial markets and put them in play with much less sophisticated opposition in the horse markets.
I would do anything to have real exchange betting here in the US.
