There's just a
slight difference. When Cordero was on the speed going 2 turns at SAR, you weren't passing him in the stretch. This is because he actually was able to help his horses get to the wire. He, thus, was able to 'race ride'; as he could back it up when it counted. Jocks that can't finish with octogenarians (like Borel) really should just stick to riding 'normally'. Saving ground should be their top priority as they really can't make up for any ground loss late.
