I've written it before and I'll offer it again: when a know juicer has a horse in the race, if a track is willing to let him run, then they need to offer discounted takeout for that race. This is because a bettor has to take extra combinations in order to account for the juicer.
We can define 'know juicer' as anyone who has a positive test. This should be a very sizable list at this point and it should also include owners.
With these mofo's, it's a crapshoot trying to figure out when/if their horses will run. That's the point of the ****in juce, isn't it?
