As do I. Not one Eagle fan that I know is expecting to go the distance this year. But I'll be DAMN proud of this group if they make it to the playoffs THIS YEAR (will not settle for less next year). Factoring in the youth of this team, scheduling, and the leadership that we've parted with in the past 2 years, it's a miracle that we are even in contention. But when you see
this group in action, fastballs on every side of scrimmage, you feel like you're watching the cusp of something special. Time will tell if they can hold intact, but the personnel seems to be 'closest to capstone' in recent memory.
