Anyone ever work 3rd Shift? Question for you
I decided to transfer over to third shift, more money and responsibility. I am wondering, for those who have worked third, how do you regulate your sleep on your days off. I am fine during my work week, but throw in a day off and I get all messed up. Any suggestions?
By the way I thought I would hate it but quite the contrary, I love it.
