I was working on the Devil Rays grounds crew after my day job with the police.
Now that the Rays' season is done I have more time. 10 game home stands sucked. I'm not going back to the Rays until after I get back from the Breeders Cup. Then I have no idea what I'll do until the season starts again. I'd offer to do some landscaping but I work at the po po during the day. I should be around a little more now.
Glad to hear that you got a gig that you wanted. I'd love to go full time with the Rays but they just dont pay much (I do it for the love of baseball).
