A friendly reminder...
Racing fans are generous, compassionate people but sometimes we all need a little reminder so please... if you hit a pick 6 this weekend or are updating your will? If you have a couple of minutes and Pay Pal or a stamp (for those of you over 90
) ?
Please consider a small donation.
If you have kids and want to do something nice - have them draw a picture of a horse, give them each 5 bucks (or 10 or 20) and let them pick a charity and mail it themselves...
If you were a Barbaro fan, maybe honor him and write out a check in his name...
Anything is appreciated, no matter how small, by these and numerous other organizations.
I'm not pontificating here. I just figured this was as good a time as any so for the generous people who give around the holidays? Maybe make it twice a year?
