These courses have surpassed even those in S. Cali. Guess it must be a result of all those years of taking all those races off the turf. Wonder if NYRA thinks the courses are hard enough YET. I mean, the other day, after an inch of rain the day previous to it, there was very minimal kickback on the turf.
Once upon a time, a nice strong run on the outside got it done. Not this year.
