Cost to go to Paris? Well, it's reasonable to fly to Paris but Paris itself is a pretty expensive city. Going to Longchamp is cheap as you take the Metro to the edge of the Park and then there are buses going to and from the track. They do a great job of running shuttle buses on Arc day. I'm not sure what seats cost as I got comps from French Gallop and I know the dining rooms are very expensive on Arc Day ( great food though ). Overall though it's not expensive just going to the track in France.
