Chalky, but solid day Thursday at Belmont, culminating with all the exotics in the nightcap... That was followed by a fun, if vain, attempt at the late P4 at Retama which caught the first two legs before coming close in the last two. The quartet paid $2900, so it wasn't so crazy to throw $50 at the play...
Belmont Friday is a nice card including a P6 Carryover, and Saturday's action will be covered in depth tonight on 'At the Races and Beyond' and Derby Trail!
