You're listening to the wrong people
What is posted above are scare tactics from last summer. They have only the faintest basis in reality, then are taken to absurd extreme.
Anything remotely to do with the above (not what is written above, but what is really contained within the bill, of which the above is not representative) doesn't come into effect until 2014.
Read the bill.
