I agree and the plan is rather obvious whether they like it or not. Did you read what Ernie said today about Gilbert? The writing was on the wall when Gil wrote the op-ed a few weeks ago.
I have to take a look at the free agent list. The hard cap that is being proposed is going to change the game. For once, I have to agree with Stern. The finances of the game are what they are and the days of people shelling out 100 bucks for seats behind the backboard on mediocre teams are done.
