I currently live in Kentucky. This state is resplendent with mineral-rich grasses that grow exceptional Thoroughbred horses. People here have businesses that grow them, sell them, race them here.
So I think that I, as a resident of this state, deserve a portion of the profits these businesspeople make by using the resources of the state I live in
