knowing pvals continued success on the track, i don't feel anyone should assume that he's on anything when riding...also, how would it be more dangerous than the physical state of some other jockeys?? i'm specifically thinking about those jocks that are so dehydrated and weak from trying to make weight that they can't even stand and support themselves! and yet these guys are supposed to be controlling 1/2 ton horses going 30-some mph?
pval ought to pay his lawyer good. he gave some good advice, and did indeed, as stated above, make the chrb look like fools. much like lawyers who have the wife sign a prenup and then beat it in divorce court!
