The NHC Tour this year went to a two tiered syetem to provide good values for different audiences. Level one at $100 is a great value. You get five free contests right off the bat (with 15 spots up for grabs). That alone is worth far more than the price. There are also lots of other goodies as well. I would urge everyone to check it out and to join.
