I'm like you Kev, and personally I could give a rat's ass which country each player represents. At the end of the day its just a silly game which provides entertainment and a nice diversion from real life to people like you and I.
I root for the players and Tiger is my favorite, but he just doesnt seem to be at his best when it comes time for Ryder Cup.
As for Mickelson, has he been competitive at all since his infamous 18th hole at the US Open?
