Plenty of GOP stuff was included in the house healthcare bill - including tort reform. They were specifically invited by Obama to submit what they wanted, and they did.

The Dems finally have got it right - lock the obstructionist politicos who are more worried about re-relection than healthcare reconciliation out of the process, and they absolutely deserve it. Dump the obstructionist crybabies and get something done in spite of them.

LOL - Bush didn't speak for a week, then mentioned shoebomber Reid only in passing. Obama had a statement issued the same day, then addressed the country on day three, and gave a great speech last night. And has already altered transportation policies to give greater security, including profiling.

Where's the complaining far right, who have been calling for profiling all over Fox News since Christmas, saying, "about time, thank you" for that last bit?

BTW, what's up with Rudy Guliani? I thought he decided to drop politics? Hitting talk shows and news orgs in the last 24 hours, saying there were no terrorist attacks on George Bush's watch? With a straight face? Mr. 9-11?
What Bill was that troop funding attached to? Profiling? I guess that's better than a full cavity search. And please, PLEASE, stop bringing up Bush. He hasn't been President for well over a year and a half. Please. If you have to compare Obama to Bush to make him look good, you kind of prove my point for me. The dems were fillibustering judicial nominees. A big difference from legislative fillibustering. As far as the Republicans voting no on everything. Riot, I would have too.
