And it's true, the controversy has gotten personal. ``To put a pen in the hateful hands of someone like this is bad for the game,'' said Gary Young, the prominent workouts clocker who wrote the anti-Hesz newspaper ad after Hesz slammed trainer Steve Young - Gary's brother - in a Racing Digest feature named ``Claim Box.'' Young also called Hesz "a demented little dweeb"
