I couldn't make a big bet though because I did find out that they were in fact planning on running in the Malibu in 15 days. So I knew that they didn't want him to run too hard today. He ended up winning pretty easily. He was geared down the final 70 yards or so. He didn't run his hardest but he still ran harder than I would have liked for a horse that is going to run back in 15 days. I'm on the fence about him in the Malibu.
