Because they arent citizens.....they should be tried in a military court , they should not be given the same rights as say a regular killer. Just because it all happened at two buildings doesnt make it any diffirent than when The Japs bombed Pearl Harbor. This country should of taken of the above countries long time ago. Maybe there would less terrorists roaming around the world. Just maybe 9-11 would not of happened. I would go back on active duty if I was able to go on a ship that is bombing one of those wannabe countries. Im thinking North Korea should be added to the list.
