This should be required viewing for all Americans. I have been honored to have worked with several WWII vets. My girlfriends Dad was in the SeaBees in the Pacific. I went to my Uncles funeral last fall and I didn't even know he was there until I saw the Marines lined up. They said he was involved in 5 invasions in the Pacific on a Destroyer Escort, no wonder he didn't talk about it. What a somber experience. One of my first bosses as a 17 yr old grocery clerk was a medic on D-Day Normandy. Freedom isn't free. My undying respect and gratitude to all service members past, present, and future.
