the game that blanton started against la was blown by broxton in the 9th , he stinks too in big spots , does rivera have a better chance of winning that game with a lead in the 9th then broxton , what do you think
the 2 wins in cloroado (1 start with lee) had the rockies closer - street blow both games , does rivera blow those games???
my opinion is that the yanks have better starting ptiching than the phillies and while anything can happen in a 7 game series , i think pedro gets shelled tonight , i think hamels gets shelled in game 3 and i think blanton has no chance in a game 4 ....... burnett , petitie could get shelled , gaudin will get shelled , so we could be at 2-2 heading into game 5 or 3-1 yanks heading into game 5 , even if lee wins game 5 , we still have the edge in 6 +7

The Yankees are very good and certainly could win 4 straight. Winning game 1 is big. Every game one winner has won the series this postseason, and the last several World Series'. The series is far from over, but advantage Phils right now for sure. But honestly, do you really think Burnett has any less chance of getting shelled than Martinez or Hamels?? Pettite is a postseason stud...but it is unlikely he goes more than 6...7 is the absolute max for him. The way Hughes and Chamberlain are throwing, that would worry me considerably. That was the big problem last night....the bullpen...has been all postseason minus Mariano.
