As much as I don't like many of his moves, last night really wasn't his fault. I thought he left Burnett in one batter too long. Then the A-Rod pinch run thing never came into play. And like I said last night, I really don't think that he would have pinched hit Hinske for Swisher if he was on the roster.
That being said, I think it's very unlikely that Girardi would be canned if they should end up losing to the Halo's.

Well I tend to agree with you. But the reason I ask is it is after all NY, and the Yankees and the pressure that comes from the owner of the most successful sports franchise ever.
Still not getting that pitching move Joe made in the 11th inning of Game 3. Lets hope that doesnt really end up costing him/them.
