Thinking Wrigleyville may have some sewer and garbage problems this fall and snow removal problems in the winter. The mayor will then say, "Well that's the north! Everyone knows it snows more in the north. The sewers might be do to some stinky people living and hanging out there." Chuckle Chuckle
