Horses that "can't get 10 furlongs" don't put up numbers like this against the level of competition displayed here.
The W's vs the L's in most cases are pretty defining once the sample gets large enough to be meaningful, but in the case of this particular horse, they are really quite misleading.
Just my opinion.

Very misleading. I've said that for years. He could face the Macho Again's and Bullsbay's of the world and be 6-6 at the distance, earning 107 Beyer figures and he's a legit 10f runner. Or he can run 118's and lose a few times to Candy Ride and Pleasantly Perfect and break track records and all of a sudden, he can't get the distance. Looking at the w-l record doesn't begin to tell the story.
