On paper, No Dream in the Ralph Hinds seemed a desperation move. What else could you call an ex-Euro, by thoroughly French sire Anabaa no less, showing up in that spot. He has been uncompetitive in stakes company on turf, allowance company on turf, allowance company on synthetics, and now this. Toss in the year layoff in his running lines and we got ourselves a candidate for $40k claiming at Oak Tree unless he's not already gelded, which means they have one more (or should I say "two"?) Hail Mary up their sleeve.
