If they had just admitted that his lawyer had got them on sloppy work by the lab, given him the 15 days as reccomended by thier hearing officer, this would have been over and done with. But since they made the mind numbing decision to give him more days based upon ridiclous reasoning they made the situation into one where if Dutrow had pushed the case in court he would have almost assuredly won. This was a compromise. Dont underestimate the ability of any govt appointed board to be ignorant.
