Contacting NYRA
Anyone know how to do this? Apparently, they restored the signal from Saratoga (it was from Belmont) to Nassau County residents (it had been removed due to a dispute), but I live in Nassau County and I'm still not getting the signal. On the NYRA website, it says to contact Dan Silver, but there is no email address.
