I think a DUI and going to a strip club while you are supposed to be working (using a family death as an excuse and at a job that pay millions of dollars) are hardly trivial matters. Not to metion he has this nasty habit of punching people in the face and getting into situations where he is questioned by the police. Yeah he is just misunderstood.
