I am sort of pissed that this is going to go into effect in September, too, because I will hopefully be getting my ass out of Arizona in December. Can't wager online so the Twin Spires/TVG online viewing is out of the question, and I only have TVG right now through Comcast. I would have had to change apartments for a dish, but if this plan was an option I probably would have made the move...
