If there were humane rules one would think that all his horses should be placed in receivership and managed by an appointed party . All Paraneck funds and purses would be frozen until this mess is throroughly investigated . We'll see what happens and if it's the usual right wing horse racing BS nothing will be done .

Haven't you said you are a PETA member? If so, maybe you could consider no longer financially supporting the useless PETA, and instead consider sending your annual PETA donation to somewhere more useful to ending cases like like, such as Old Friends, etc.
