Tremendous shame. He's been a consistently top-class horse since blasting on the scene three seasons ago. He didn't win the races one of his ability deserved to because he happened to be born in the same year as Kauto Star.
Denman took a nasty-looking fall two out (I think he'd just have won fwiw), but seems okay.
