Forget the cop stuff.
Just look at the statement above.

Anyone who does not think there is a diff. is
lying to themselves. And its not just the white man
keepin "us" down. Its the African American family
unit as well. imo this is the biggest problem.
Father family figure absent is a horrible problem.

And it still is not cool to be black and smart.
Hopefully the above will change.
We have a huge problem when fully 2/3 of black kids
are reading below grade level by 4th grade and it
just gets worse after that.
Its tough for African American fathers to read
to their children when they are not around.

A question must be asked about why African American
fathers leave the family so frequently compared to
other ethnic groups.
