Actually the fact that Barbaro was an extremely talented horse and that Big Brown ran against horrendous competition does nothing to discount GP's track yesterday nor the real comment that the former Keeneland track and consquentially the winners of the preps didn't fair well in the KD.. The classic example (excuse pun) Sinister Minister seems a more appropiate line of compliment to the previous post then the suggestion that GP/Florida Derby wasn't run a weird surface.
The good news is it appears that the 3 year olds this year seem to be ok and something to look forward to.. Dunkirk's run yesterday was pretty dam good... Unfortuanately Unbridled Song's while brilliant at times never hold up long enough, Plus it seems Pletcher might be back on the NOS which may or may not be tested for in NY or KY? Anyway Dunkirk looked pretty dam good in defeat.
