there's only a half second difference.
1:55.17 or 1:54.6
I time it from when the gate opens and
on the "beat" where the horses make their first move from a stand-still. From what i've heard about Kempton, they time the races from the instant the gate mechanism is triggered.
That could certainly account for about a half second. And the assumption is that DRF or Bloodhorse got their times from the source.
How Bloodhorse and DRF managed to two different times is more of a mystery.
