CDI is no friend of the horse trainers and owners.
Without casinos at these tracks we will see purse levels decrease significantly at CD and AP. Already started to see this happen at CD last year. If it gets really bad it will force trainers and their owners to pack their bags and go elsewhere
..... We also might see other tracks on the fringe go the way of Bay Meadows in the future....
