Given he was shuffled back to almost last when Blue Exit broke down, he clearly lost about 4 lengths position at a key stage of the race. He then rallied to have a shot at perhaps getting 3rd money but Tyler did his apprentice routine running into a wall of horses.
I thought he was totally overlooked on the toteboard Sat at 18-1, given this Big Cap was moderate in talent and how the Euro's ran well in the BC, he was certainly worth a bet. He was only beaten by 4 1/2 lengths despite the troubled trip and he did beat the monster Court Vision in the end.
