One of two possibilities: she ain't much and needs a collapsing race to win AND the winner probably dusts her with just about any setup (the more likely one); or the ENTIRE field was compromised by the lone speed (doubtful).

Holy crap do you have it wrong. Bahia Girl is a rat. Nothing special about her. That was the only way she could've beaten that field. Icon Project might not be much, but she had NO CHANCE with the way the race was run. Maybe she has to get on a bicycle for you to understand this.
