It's old news that NYRWB does not allow NYRA to stream its races live, or offer replays, on their site.

Obviously this would also apply to NYRA Rewards.

But while, for example, TWINSPIRES can't offer live streams of NY races in NY, under the same constraints, they are able to offer live streams of OTHER tracks to NY residents.

Would the same be the case for NYRA Rewards?

If so, they might want to add some video to their package.
