there was a game out years ago for pc for horse racing. you didn't actually get to be the jock, but you had a 'draft' where you picked horses (the computer stables picked as well) and then you had to figure them out, train them, and enter the horses in the right races. i remember one horse only ran well at 7 furlongs on dirt....
anyway, i enjoyed it, but that was so long ago. haven't found anything like it since.
i have the bc game, but it's waaay too easy.
