it does... delta is c8ck and balls about it tho, sometimes flights are cheaper to lex than cincy despite actually going THROUGH cvg, but they won't let you buy the lex flight then skip that leg and board in cvg.
it takes 1 hour and 5 minutes to drive from lex to cvg (less if i'm driving), and about 2 hours if you take a flight.
