I am well aware of the history. The only reason the US cares is because of the oil that is there. This country needs to get the hell off foreign oil by investing in alternative energy and more drilling in the US. It is disgraceful my President has to deal with these wackos and call up OPEC and ask them to pump more oil.
If the US got off foreign oil we wouldn't have to worry about these crazy religious people in the middle east. Israel and the Arabs can blow each other up and the US should care less. They have been fighting forever and always will because they insist on clinging to ridiculous stone age ideas of religion.
Every time these religious wackos in Israel and Gaza start fighting the price of gas goes up. So basically my gas costs more because of neanderthals in the middle east. Ridiculous.
