Phil are we talking about the same Ontario Canada because if we are there Proline has never been run that way. Pro football spreads are all the same you can bet a tie which is 3 points or less you can bet the home or visiting team too win by 4 points or more or you can take home team or visiting team too win by 8 or more.
Heres an actual game from this weekend Buffalo @ NY Jets

Game 7 1:00PM FTB BUF @ NYJ

6.20-1 - Visiting team wins by more than 8
4.50-1 - Visiting team wins by more than 4
3.80-1 - Tie 3 Points or less
1.30-1 - home team wins by more than 4
1.60-1 - Home team wins by more than 8

THe over/Under is 41.5
1.80 - Over
1.60 - Under

Every game is the same way just the odds change
you have to play atleast 3 bets with no more than 6
Sort of... Same in that they're both run by the ontario lottery, but there's also a pointspread version. Just looked it up, apparently its only available at Casino Niagara and not at gas stations and the like now. Check Casino Niagara's website, this is what I envision Delaware will do.

edit: pointspread is available everywhere, just better odds at the casino.
