Again, I want to reiterate this to all of you. I am not the most experienced handicapper on this blog and I'm not even close to that, but I get a lot of inciteful comments from people on how to improve what I do. I do appreciate the fact that you think betting $84 on trifecta's at Mountaineer is too much. That is more helpful than making a mockery of my first post on the selections portion of this site. I will quietly cash my tickets as I usually do from now on. I just think the manner in which some of the comments I receive on this site are inappropriate for what I have contributed. All, I post is my picks. I hope you visit my blog, but it's not the reason I joined this site. I joined because I love to talk horses and the person who referred me, told me that most of the people who contribute to the forum's know their horses and horse racing better than I do.

I hope that people can get over a small mistake and I will not take credit for that small ticket. It paid nothing anyways. I take more credit for the ones on my blog that require the tax man, but I make a living right now as a teller.

I enjoy input from all of you, but you all need to realize where I am coming from in this situation. Help me by criticizing my choices. Not by the way I post. I have things to learn and I will take your opinions to heart as well.

Best of luck!
Dan, there are really so many knowledgable people around here. I have learned so much since I have been here. Just wait, I noticed that you mentioned Tampa on your blog. There is a group that lives for that meet, just watch and you will be amazed. As far as that initial pick 4. Posting picks around here is a very serious thing. First it takes balls to put your picks out there for everyone to see. Sometimes you will take some crap, like before when you posted those big tickets, hit the exacta and tri and still lost money. But when you do hit most of the time people will appreciate it and give you the credit that's deserved. It's tough enough when you are trying to cap cards and get bets in. Add in posting the picks and it complicates things a little more. That's why it's appreciated so much. Listen it didn't matter if you were here 1 day or 1000 days, anyone who would have added a horse to bring a dead ticket back to life would have taken some sort of crap. But like I said, keep posting. But more importantly pay attention and you will become a better handicapper. There are a lot of extremley talented people around here. There a little crazy but still extremley talented!
