obviously not, but a lot of things happened the past 8 years that changed the course of the world, and bush did not have control over many things.
I honestly believe that it could have been ANYONE in office the past 8 years - a dem, repub or indy - and we would still be in a similar situation today and that pres would be thought of the way Bush is thought of.
